The Hallway Bathroom Renovation at the Mt. St. Helena Residence in San Jose involved a complete transformation of an outdated bathroom into a modern, functional space while maintaining the original plumbing and electrical layout. The project included full demolition and rebuild, featuring installation of a new standard bathtub, upgraded shower system with sliding glass door, and full-height waterproof wall panels with a custom window cutout. Additional upgrades included new porcelain tile flooring, a 24-inch vanity with integrated sink and backsplash, LED recessed lighting, a lighted medicine cabinet, and a new exhaust fan with roof venting. Electrical improvements such as GFCI protection and new wiring were also completed to meet current standards. The finished space delivers a clean, contemporary design with improved lighting, durability, and overall functionality, resulting in a fully refreshed bathroom ready for long-term use.
