Hi, I'm Eddie, owner of Plus One Remodeling & Design. I started Plus One because I believe every homeowner deserves honest communication, quality workmanship, and a contractor they can trust. Our name reflects how we approach every project—we always strive to go one step beyond, whether it's in our craftsmanship, attention to detail, or the way we care for our clients.
Along with being a licensed B General Contractor, I'm also a Professional Civil Engineer and licensed Realtor, giving me a well-rounded perspective on homes and construction.
