This project was a full bathroom gut remodel completed while preserving the original layout to minimize structural changes. The work included demolition, disposal, a new alcove bathtub, waterproofed tiled shower walls, fixture upgrades, vent/light replacement, new toilet and vanity, updated vanity and recessed lighting, tile flooring installation, and a full interior repaint. All construction was completed per building code with proper waterproofing and finish detailing for lasting performance.
