This Fremont condominium bathroom was fully restored and remodeled following water damage from the unit above. After the initial demolition and drying were completed, we rebuilt the bathroom from the exposed framing—installing new insulation, moisture-resistant drywall, cement backer board, waterproofing, texture, and paint.
The original layout was maintained while the entire space received a fresh, functional update. Improvements included a new alcove bathtub with a full-height wall surround, updated shower plumbing and fixtures, a frameless sliding glass door, porcelain floor tile, a new vanity and countertop, toilet, recessed medicine cabinet, wall mirror, exhaust fan, vanity lighting, and LED recessed ceiling lights. We also upgraded the electrical devices with GFCI protection, installed a new interior door and baseboards, and carefully coordinated the work within the condominium’s access and building requirements.
The completed bathroom is bright, clean, and practical, transforming a water-damaged space into a comfortable and move-in-ready bathroom for the residents.
