This project transformed an aging residential garage into a clean, durable, and functional space through a complete garage floor restoration and interior upgrade. Our team carefully disconnected and temporarily relocated the existing utility sink and gas water heater, removed a built-in workbench, and performed extensive concrete surface preparation, including degreasing, power washing, crack repair, and acid etching. We then installed an industrial-grade two-part decorative epoxy flooring system with a full vinyl flake broadcast and a UV-resistant clear top coat for long-lasting durability and easy maintenance. To further modernize the garage, we framed the ceiling where needed and installed new drywall on the ceiling and walls, creating a clean, paint-ready finish. The project concluded with the reinstallation and testing of all utilities, final cleanup, and a detailed walkthrough with the homeowner, resulting in a garage that is both attractive and built to withstand everyday use.
